Cari Kitchens and I started drawing on the "big wall", bar side.  One more day and the drawing should be finished.  By the way, It's a really big
wall :)

Finished the "bird wall" today on the family side of the restaurant.  Now on to the BIG wall on the bar side.

Made a slide show of the mural progress.

Started making rice for "futo-maki-zushi?" (california rolls)...using a slow cooker for the rice....so excited....fingers crossed...no clue what i'm doing...even if it's a mess I can't wait!

HOT day!  Cari did the most beautiful water and kicked bum on some foliage.  I worked on a tiger, a butterfly, and some grass.  Wonder-twin mural painting powers were activated.  Photos by Cari Schaeffer Kitchens.
