Shorter day today on the mural but we added more birds and Viki painted some gorgeous mountatins.
Day 5: Mostly Vicki worked on distant vistas and finished up laying in water. Cari was a floral goddess that also developed folliage and I workd on many frogs and a few birds. I missed first friday and am very disappointed about it. Got out today, spreading my germs, to see some art. Must spotlight the work of Sally Rhone-Kubarek . She is always fresh and amazing. She is also offering a class at FCCA. Sally Rhone-Kubarek is offering a two day class at the Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts on producing collages with an assortment of different papers. The workshop will also include discussion of finishing touches such as those to be applied with oil, crayon and other media. Cost: $120 plus $10 for supplies.
