Sally Rhone-Kubarek is offering a two day class at the Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts on producing collages with an assortment of different papers. The workshop will also include discussion of finishing touches such as those to be applied with oil, crayon and other media. Cost: $120 plus $10 for supplies.
